LANSING, Mich. — Sen. Joseph Bellino, R-Monroe, on Thursday welcomed U.S. Air Force veteran Al Bond to the state Capitol as his special guest for the Senate’s annual Memorial Day ceremony honoring Michigan’s fallen service members.
Bond served eight years in the U.S. Air Force and is currently the commander of City of Monroe VFW Post #1138.
